The Industry Standard for
Commercial & Residential Projects

Brushed No.4 finish is the most widely specified stainless steel surface in architecture. It never fades, resists scratches, and maintains its appearance for decades with minimal upkeep.

Anti-Scratch & Fingerprint Resistant

AFP (Anti-Fingerprint) coating technology keeps surfaces clean and free from smudges in high-traffic environments like malls and hotels.

Ageless Durability

The No.4 brushed finish will never fade and is basically ageless. It maintains its satin appearance for the lifetime of any installation.

Corrosion & Weather Resistant

304 and 316 grade stainless steel offers superior resistance to rust, acid, and saltwater. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Fully Customizable

Custom thickness (0.3–3mm), width up to 2000mm, and standard 4x8ft sheets. Cut-to-size, bending, grooving, and welding services available.

50+ PVD Color Options

Gold, rose gold, champagne, black, bronze, sapphire blue, and more. PVD vacuum coating creates fade-resistant, long-lasting color.

Batch Consistency

Brushed No.4 is the most consistent finish across production batches. Easy to match when upgrading or expanding previous installations.

Where Architects & Designers Use Brushed Stainless Steel

From elevator interiors to building facades, brushed stainless steel is the go-to material for projects that demand both beauty and performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between brushed, hairline, and No.4 finish?

They are closely related. Brushed (No.4/#4) finish uses 100–400 grit abrasive to create unidirectional satin lines. Hairline (HL) is a finer, longer-stroke version. Both create a directional finish, but No.4 has slightly more visible grain. In practice, "brushed" and "No.4" are used interchangeably in the industry.

Can brushed stainless steel be used outdoors?

Yes. Grade 304 is suitable for most outdoor environments. For coastal or high-salt areas, we recommend 316/316L grade for superior corrosion resistance. We can also apply PVDF coating for additional outdoor protection.

Will the PVD color coating fade over time?

No. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) creates a molecular bond between the color layer and the steel substrate. It is highly resistant to UV, fading, and corrosion. PVD-coated stainless steel is rated for 10+ years of outdoor use without color degradation.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We have no MOQ. Whether you need a single sample sheet or a full container load, we can accommodate your order. Trial orders are welcome and encouraged.

Can you provide custom sizes and fabrication?

Yes. We offer cut-to-size, laser cutting, grooving, bending, welding, and polishing services. Custom widths up to 2000mm are available. Share your drawings or dimensions and we will provide a quotation.

How do I clean and maintain brushed stainless steel?

Use a neutral cleanser and a soft cotton cloth, wiping in the direction of the grain. Avoid acidic cleansers and abrasive materials. With AFP coating, everyday fingerprints and smudges wipe off effortlessly.
